Product name : Skimmer stole
I bought a shimmer stool online thinking that a brand like ahujason would deliver quality stuff . I even corresponded in details on phone and whatsup with their costumer care person on the way it will be delivered and choose the gift wrapping option .
To my shock it not only arrived without the gift wrap ie without a cardboard box but in a totally crumpled state , it felt and looked like a used piece .even the stole itself is extremely thin and flimsy . What’s the use of ordering from a brand like ahujason when they don’t even do proper quality checks before sending
Multiple chasers and whatsup later where I sent video of packaging and product I was dismissed saying next time they will send extra packing and that’s it . No exchange or refund of their substandard product.
